Incomplete fill, excessive flash, voids, package cracks, contamination or unstable molding results may involve the molding material, mold condition, product position, temperature, pressure, vacuum, feeding system or process settings.

Stop operation if the mold does not close correctly, products cannot be loaded or unloaded normally, foreign material is found in the molding area or the same alarm repeatedly returns.

Record the alarm message, affected station and operating stage before resetting the machine. Photos of the molded product, mold surface, material residue and machine screen can provide a useful starting point for an initial fault review.
